SD County Clean Truck Check is operated by Gabriel Vallez, a certified CARB Clean Truck Check technician committed to helping fleets stay compliant with California’s air quality regulations.
Gabriel brings years of field experience, technical training, and a deep understanding of diesel emissions standards. Our mobile service model allows us to support large fleets, small businesses, and independent truck owners with accurate testing and fast results.

Who Are We?
My name is Andy, and my journey began as a professional electrician in San Diego. I honed my skills maintaining the runway lighting system at San Diego International Airport, handling preventive maintenance and repairs for the terminals, parking lots, offices, hangars, and warehouses. In 2006, I started Ideal Electric as a side project, and by 2010, I dedicated myself to it full-time, serving all of San Diego County as a residential service contractor. In 2022, I registered Sm Ideal Electric, Inc as an S corporation and continue to operate with a commitment to quality, integrity and customer satisfaction.
